About Sirous Partovi
Sirous Partovi has been creating photographs for the past 20 years, exhibiting his work in solo and multiple group exhibitions nationally. Partovi's work has been published in Rangefinder Magazine, SHOTS Magazine, and El Paso INC. For Partovi, the camera asks questions, guides him to contemplation and resolution of personal issues and ultimately engages him to strive for perfection of his creative practice. Partovi had a solo exhibition at ArtAvenue Gallery in El Paso. His work has also been part of several group exhibitions in galleries and Museums including the Bath House Cultural Center in Dallas, Sabine Street Studio in Houston, Center for Contemporary Arts in Abilene, Options Gallery at Odessa College in Odessa, PhotoPlace Gallery in VT, and The Museum of Art in Las Cruces, NM.
Partovi has lived and worked in El Paso for 16 years, contributing to the community by working as an Emergency Medicine physician.
